Important: If you emailed us and you have an open ticket, make sure not to close it by clicking "Yes, close my request" before we can answer you. Your order is on hold only as long as there's an open ticket for it.
Sometimes it might not be the right time for your purchase or due to unforeseen circumstances you'd need to cancel your existing order. The first thing to do is send us an email as soon as possible with the order confirmation number so that your order is put on hold. Please make sure to use the same email address as the one you entered when placing your order.
If your order has not been sent to manufacturing yet, we will be able to cancel and refund your order.*

*Please note that there is a 24-hour window before orders with standard shipping are sent to manufacturing, and one hour for orders with express shipping. If you send us an email within that time your order will automatically be put on hold and we will be able to cancel it.
