First and foremost, we are here to solve any possible concerns you might have during and after your order and work to make you a happy customer. 😊
Our items are custom made and personalized and that limits our refund options compared to non-customized e-commerce. You are eligible for a refund or another product if:
- the product you received is severely damaged OR
- the product you received is not the one you ordered OR
- the product you received significantly differs from what is advertised on our website.
We accept exchange or refund requests up to 30 days after the purchase. Please send us an email to email@example.com with your order reference number and photos of the product you received and we will be happy to assist you.
Since the products are custom made we don't require you to ship them back to us in case they are damaged. Please do keep the order up 14 days after receiving it, including the package.
Products delivered digitally (such as image files, PDF files) are not eligible for a refund. We are happy to make corrections if an error was made during the ordering process.
