If the tracking page for your order shows "Delivered" but you haven't actually received your parcel, we recommend first checking with neighbours, relatives or any other residents at your address in case the parcel is just misplaced rather than lost.
If this isn't the case, please check with your local post office or delivery company as they might have more information about your package or it might actually be on hold at their facilities. You can find the list of carriers we use here: Carrier info
In all cases, it would be helpful to check your order confirmation email in case there are any typos on the shipping address.
